
The lemon-infused creme caramel at Bobby Chinn's in Hanoi was DIVINE.
Auckland-born Bobby Chinn is the son of an Egyptian aristocrat (mother) and an American Chinese (father). His Shanghai-born father moved to America post-WWII and Chinn was raised in San Francisco.
His World Cafe Asia TV series is currently showing on Discovery Travel and Living.
