If you are in the Paramount Garden area of PJ and see a homeless man outside the clinic right across from the 7-11, that's Uncle Loh. He has been living on the streets of PJ for many years now and is normally parked on the five-foot-way outside the clinic. If you feel inclined, why not stop by, say hello and see if he would like some food or a drink from the 7-11? He loves chatting!
