Hindraf leader, ISA detainee and DAP state rep for Kota Alam Shah, M. Manoharan, was allowed to leave Kamunting to travel to University Hospital on Friday, 13 Feb 2009, to visit his 11-year-old daughter Shivaranjini who was admitted to hospital after she complained of shortness of breath on Wed night.
