Terengganu wants full control of oil royalty for its own projects
... Mentri Besar Datuk Ahmad Said said the time had come for the annual 5% oil royalty, which was withdrawn in 1999 when PAS captured the state and restored later as the Federal Government Special Fund, to be fully managed by the state government to carry out more development projects.
... Personally, I have been unhappy with some projects because of their high cost and lack of priority for the people. It is other people, not us, who make the decisions when we are the masters (in the state).

Here's a sign outside a Sydney pub advertising a crab race.
Crab Racing is popular in, not so strangely enough, countries where they have coasts and catch crabs, like Australia, the Pacific islands, the Maldives, Trinidad & Tobago, Florida where they have a National Crab Racing Association... just to name a few. There are different types of crabs used though - from really small hermit crabs (which look more like big beetles!) to the big blue crabs.
If this has inspired you to find out more about crabs, read the wiki entry.
